Every hand counts! Volunteer for a winning season!

It is a big job to run a program as large as ours and we rely heavily on our volunteers. Parents are expected to volunteer at least twice in Concessions, which is our second highest source of revenue after fundraising. You are not expected to volunteer during your player’s game. Please pick a time during another division’s game day.

Volunteer opportunities are numerous!

Providing food or serving at team meals, setting up the tunnel, chain gang/down markers, decorating the locker room, decorating and serving at the end of season banquets.

We cannot have a successful season without your help! And volunteering is fun and helps you build relationships with players and parents!

Our Booster Club, also called the Parents U-Knight Board, is responsible for providing support to coaches, players and parents by:

Fundraising

Organizing and executing fundraising events and campaigns to support the football team.

Budgeting

Managing the booster club’s budget and ensuring effective use of funds.

Volunteer Coordination

Recruiting and scheduling volunteers for games, events, and other activities.

Event Planning

Organizing and hosting events like concessions, spirit nights, and team dinners.

Team Support

Providing logistical support, such as travel, transportation and equipment, to the team.

Communication

Keeping members, parents, and the community informed about team news and events.

Compliance

Ensuring adherence to school and athletic association rules and regulations.

Player Recognition

Honoring player achievements and contributions to the team.

Community Engagement

Building relationships with local businesses and organizations to support the team.

Leadership

Providing guidance and direction to the booster club and its members.
It is important to note that our program is completely funded by our Boosters.
The amount of money WE have to spend is directly related to the amount of money WE raise.
That is why it is so critical that EVERY player/family does their part by
fundraising, paying fees and volunteering.
