Register My Athlete

 

Please go to RegisterMyAthlete.com or click HERE to register!

 

All players are required to be registered at RegisterMyAthlete by August 14, 2020.  Once your player’s registration status show “Ready For Tryouts”, you are good to go until payments are collected.

 

The cost for the Fall Football Season is $150.  This will not be collected until closer to the school year begins and is a school credit, tax deductible item!

 


 

Sports Physicals

 

Sports Physicals are required to participate in all Higley High School sports.  It must be completed and submitted via RegisterMyAthlete.com prior to the beginning of the school year.

 

Please use the attached form, HERE, when visiting your primary care physician.

 

Information specific to 2020/2021 season:

  1. Continuing Higley High School students with a 2019-20 sports physical may not need to upload a new sports physical.  However, if your student had a major illness, major injury or concussion, your student will need a new physical.  You will still need to complete all other portions of Register My Athlete until you get the message “Ready for Tryouts”

  2. Students transferring from another Arizona High School with a 2019-20 sports physical form that can be upload to Register My Athlete will be allowed to use that sports physical.  However, if your student had a major illness, injury or concussion, your student will need a new physical. You will still need to complete all other portions of Register My Athlete until you get the message “Ready for Tryouts.”  Transfer students still need to fill out the AIA transfer paperwork located on AIAonline.org or via this link: https://admin.aiaonline.org/public-forms/student-transfer

  3. Students transferring into Higley from out of state will need a 2020-21 sports physical. Out of state transfer students also need to fill out the AIA transfer paperwork located on AIAonline.org or via this link:  https://admin.aiaonline.org/public-forms/student-transfer

  4.  Incoming freshmen, regardless of middle school location, will need a 2020-21 sports physical. Incoming freshmen do not need to fill out the AIA transfer paperwork if they have not previously attended another high school.  

 


 

Helmets

 

HHS Football does provide school-issued helmets for all it’s players.  However, if you have your own helmet:

 

– Please click HERE to download the helmet liability waiver form and provide it to your Coach

 

– You must have it recertified each year.  Our recommendation is that you drop off your helmet NOW as providers are not only doing this for individuals, but also for full teams, and it will take several weeks or months to get it recertified and back to your player.  One provider that offers this service is:
